Michael Jackson Biopic Movie Release Pushed Back to October 2025”

Lionsgate has confirmed that Michael, the upcoming biographical movie about the King of Pop, directed by Antoine Fuqua, has been delayed to October 3, 2025. Initially set for release on April 18, 2025, the film will now hit theaters six months later.

This biopic, not a documentary, stars Jaafar Jackson, Michael Jackson’s nephew, in the lead role. The cast also includes Nia Long, Laura Harrier, Miles Teller, and Colman Domingo. The script is written by John Logan, with Graham King, John Branca, and John McClain serving as producers.

Fans will have to wait a little longer to experience the life and legacy of Michael Jackson on the big screen.
